Bag Packing

Bag packing is an activity done by FIRST teams to raise money (See fundraising). The students write to a supermarket / shop and ask for permission to pack customers bags for a day (usually a weekend). The students then go to teh shop, and offer to pack peoples bags, clearly stating that its on a voluntry basis. Whilst packing the bags the student's should promote first and discuss why they are raising the money. This is usually a successful fundraiser , usually raising about £500 ($900-1000 - sorry, i'm from 759).
