Page formats are templates for pages with a common theme, and are used to give FIRSTwiki a more uniform appearance. For instance, similar information about two different motors are likely to appear in thier individual articles, so we have a motor page format. The use is not mandatory, but it aids the reader in several ways. If a page does not conform to a set standard, please put the message {{needformat}} at the top of the page.

Page formats are in the FIRSTwiki namespace. If you make any major changes to a format, please try to clarify in it's discussion page. If you think a format would be appropriate for a group of articles, add a link to the suggested format here and comment in the talk pages of the articles where it should be applied.

Please follow the page naming directions at the tops of pages. Also, please remove any unused examples from the formats. For example, don't leave "me you and him" as members in the team page format.

If you have any questions relating to page formats, please feel free to ask in the talk page.
