Game Manual

The Game Manual is the document by which FIRST outline the Competition each year. FIRST re-releases the game manual every year, though many sections remain much the same (Robot Transportation, Team Communication, etc). The manual is usually available significantly before the Kick-off, but the sensitive sections that would reveal spoilers about each year's game are encoded. To date, no one has successfully broken this encryption, which is a relief.
