Talk:Gracious professionalism

Hrm ... I used the first person a lot in the article. It's against the style recommendations (or should be, I really should read that again ...), but I felt it was somewhat appropriate at the time I wrote it. Should it be changed? Also, in a related note, I think we need to get the front page article ball a-rollin' ... this article isn't very visible (not a lot of views), but on the front page more people are likely to see it and help it out. Same goes for other articles we should have there. --Mrawls 11:17, 11 Jun 2004 (EDT)

Gracious professionalism is what FIRST is all about -- we should definately have a good page on it, and I would suggest getting it ready to go on the front page sometime soon. I only did a short article, because I think the whole thing should be a community effort, bits and pieces added by everyone, and changed by everyone else, until a happy medium is reached. Rest assured, I'll be back and edit this page frequently ... I just wanted to get a base for others to help out too. Hopefully this should encourage you. --Mrawls 19:16, 1 Jun 2004 (EDT)
